Fortenova grupa d.d. is one of the largest companies in South East Europe with more than 100 brands in its portfolio, many of which are the regional market leaders. The Fortenova Group operates in three key areas: Retail, Food production and Agriculture. The holding structure of the Fortenova Group is comprised of three legal entities based in the Netherlands and one legal entity based in Croatia: Fortenova Group STAK Stichting, Fortenova Group TopCo B.V., Fortenova Group HoldCo B.V. and Fortenova grupa d.d. Fortenova Group STAK Stichting is the sole owner of Fortenova Group TopCo B.V., which in turn is the sole owner of Fortenova Group HoldCo B.V. Fortenova Group HoldCo is the sole owner of Croatian legal entity Fortenova grupa d.d. Fortenova Group STAK Stichting is the issuer of depositary receipts, while Fortenova Group TopCo B.V. is the issuer of convertible bonds.
